In today’s episode, Emily is coming to you again from St. Louis at 1st Phorm’s Summer Smash. She’s sitting down with her two friends Miranda Cohen and Charity Witt. Both ladies are fellow 1st Phorm athletes. Charity is an online trainer with her own app, a Darc Sport athlete and was the winner on season one of NBC’s Titan Games. Miranda is the owner of MirandaDreamFit LLC, an online coaching and merch platform as well as a GBT Brand and Flag Nor Fail athlete. The ladies jump in and discuss their experience and the atmosphere at this year’s Summer Smash and getting to meet so many incredible people. The ladies talk about how much they genuinely love the opportunity to help even just one person and they really connect with each other by having that commonality. Charity shares where she gets her competitive drive from and she explains it came from her personal experience and upbringing. Miranda talks about having discipline, daily habits and her healthy lifestyle that is comparable to a competitors’ even though she does not compete. They also talk about the importance of building trust with their followers on social media and the clients they work with. The friends then shift into talking about their experience with therapy. They each have years of seeking a therapist and have benefited so much from reaching out for help and encourage anyone who needs help to do the same.
