Dr. Katelyn Kalstein is a licensed Naturopathic and Functional Medicine Doctor - as a licensed Naturopathic Doctor and functional medicine practitioner, Dr. Kalstein offers a science-informed, holistic approach to get to the root cause of illness while treating the whole person - body, mind and spirit.  Her philosophy and approach is the 'middle way,' using science to inform the wisdom of Eastern and traditional medicines. She works by going to the root cause whether it is emotional, mental, physical or spiritual. The middle way is to work together to make practical and responsible decisions about your health that are in alignment with your personal values. She feels this requires an orientation of curiosity and the willingness to question ones assumptions about what it means to be healthy.  She specialises in integrative mental health, and a drug-free approach to chronic disease.
