Paul Smith is a serial entrepreneur and writer. He has founded several companies in various industries, from boat manufacturing to innovation consulting. He currently runs Civitas, a private network for high-growth businesses in South Africa. He has a BCom from Rhodes University and a Master's degree in Entrepreneurship from the University of Pretoria.
