Josh Rachal is a certified Master Inspector and is one of the most used litigation mold assessment consultants in Texas. He has been involved in establishing over 150 mold cases in the last 3.5 years. He also consults on a national level and travels out of state for clients. He is known for his ability to properly and thoroughly diagnose homes for construction defects and upholds the highest level of integrity in a very corrupt industry. He started his company, Texas Mold Inspectors, after mold affected his family. He is also board member of Malachi’s Message, the first non profit to financially assist those that have lost everything due to mold. Malachi’s Message was named in honor of his son that he and his wife lost to mold.
