Known for delivering high-profile developments, Josh has completed more than $650 million in real estate development, representing one million square feet of best-in-class mixed-use residential, retail, affordable, and hospitality properties.In addition to his professional accomplishments, Josh is committed to philanthropic work. He is the founder and chairman of the Bicol Clinic Foundation, a non-profit that constructs free medical clinics in developing countries. The foundation has raised more than $4 million and built four clinics on three continents.As a former principal and co-founder of DHA Capital, Josh sourced and led the development of noteworthy luxury residential condominium and rental properties, including 75 Kenmare, 50 Clinton, 535 West 43rd Street, and 12 East 13th Street. Before DHA Capital, he launched Northpark Development, a full-service firm focused on residential mixed-use properties, and Northpark Property Management, a property management company. Josh also partnered with JMH Development as executive director and was responsible for the groundbreaking luxury renovation of 184 Kent Avenue, one of Williamsburg's most successful rental conversions. This transformation earned Josh a Building Brooklyn Award.Josh is the youngest member to sit on the Baruch College Steven L. Newman Real Estate Institute board. He is also active with the American Real Estate and Urban Economics Association, Urban Land Institute and the New York Private Equity Network.
