Epi 26:" Mothering & Ancestral healing"

In this episode I speak about my own journey and relation to my close ancestors and how that work has shifted, informed and keeps healing my own life & health as well as that of my family. I share about my own childhood- growing up in a ghost house, the death of my father and how that opened a portal into the unknown- and how becoming a mother made all the unseen and unreal things very real. I also share a very personal story from a therapy session recently that has given my life and my body a totally different understanding.  In the episode I mention a few past episodes, as well as the work of Daniel Foor at Ancestral Medicine.
