Shardool Pandit is VP, Head of Design at OneMain Financial, a leader in offering non-prime customers responsible access to credit and is dedicated to improving the financial well-being of their customers. Shardool brings his visual design, digital art direction and story-telling skills to his role at One Main. He is excited about leading digital transformations of some of the key functions to enable a more customer driven experience. Shardool is elevating the performance of the internal tools like easily bundling products to offer more value to the customers while adding new features to enable self service for the end customers. He believes in everyone bringing their creative awesomeness to look at a traditional industry with a lens of a startup to bring education and new approaches.
