Cottingley Fairies are from Cottingley, & so is our guest Eileen.More than 20 years after the famous photographs were taken, and over 60 years ago today, 8 year old Eileen encounters fairies in "The beck". Cottingley's ancient creek, flowing through the woods next to her childhood home; Cottingley Estates.Many fairy encounters, including my own, are extremely brief in their way. It can be difficult to get people to talk about what they have seen.
