Sky Sundering Shadow. The Abyssal Exalted who's had an uneasy truce with the Circle since day one. Now she finally confronts our heroes directly. Gavel has her loyalty to her friends and the Ashen Ones trust in everyone put to the test: will their very souls be left unchanged? Nue has to make a key decision on sticking with everyone else or taking a new life in Malfeas to avoid the mistakes of the First Age forever dogging her. And Lythander makes a disturbing discovery deep in Orabilis's vaults on his quest to destroy soulsteel.
