Tammie Pike shares how she experienced burn out and then through that how she had to start her own journey to self discovery, master the art of self-love and start making sure that as a busy business owner and mother that she started making time to look after her own self first in order for every other thing aspect in her life to be fulfilling and full of love and light. Tammie Pike and I talk about everything from Burn out, depression, anxiety, self hate to self love, and it's important to remember that these are only our personal experiences and things we have learnt along the way but we do hope by opening up and sharing our truth it inspires you to know that no matter how tough life gets it's coming out the other side that truly matters. This podcast is not medical advice or from a medical professional specialist in relation to any mental or brain health concerns please seek immediate medical care at your nearest hospital or medical doctors centre. This podcast contains issues like domestic violence that may offend some people but the key messages are this in Australia we have so many services and it is up to the people to speak out and to seek help and to make a change and seek these services instead of staying in these dangerous situations the only person can make a change is you. When people pretend everything is fine in their home life and don't open up about these issues nor does their family, friends or anyone who can help them know. It's about dropping the front, the mask and making the neccesary changes to feel good from within. no one should live in daily at home fear.
