To the outside world, Ingrid's life looked organized, normal and joyful – but internally, she was feeling lost, alone and living in her head. After trying fertility teas, frantically researching the "next things to try" and experiencing 2 heartbreaking miscarriages – she knew she needed to try something different that wouldn't cause her more anxiety. Having a scientific, logical perspective on life – Ingrid was curious about my program Fertility Mind-Body Mastery but was scared about something… She was worried about the vulnerable piece. She feared what would happen in our group coaching calls and if she would belong and feel safe after everything she'd been through. Which in my opinion is super valid and it's why I share with you these types of podcasts. In this week's Fertile Ground podcast episode, Ingrid shares a very honest perspective of what her time inside of Fertility Mind-Body Mastery was really like. Ingrid bravely and vulnerably reveals with you: How she went from a self-proclaimed control freak… to a totally surrendered state. (Even when her hubby was wanting to "do more") The very specific way she knew she was on the right track, even though she hasn't seen any physical proof yet. What finally clicked to help her get pregnant naturally (and is now 22 weeks pregnant!) She says, "I'm very fact driven and I often think – if I can understand concepts of surrender with my brain then it'll work – but when you actually properly embody surrender in your body… it feels like the most amazing breath out. And like this weight that is taken off of your shoulders. It's a peace and calm that I had not felt in such a long time."
