Chapter 3: What is the legal process for building an SBR at home?

Hi, could you all... Jeremy, you're going to want to listen to this one. No, not your address. Okay. Holy shit. $200? Okay, bro. Hold on. To be fair, I have two fingerprint readers. I have a silencer shop fingerprint scanner to do Form 4s with because it's easy. And then I have an independent fingerprint scanner where I can actually get and own the EFT file.
The EFT file is the file that's required for your fingerprints to be uploaded on, say, like a Form 1. So if you're going to do an e-form without sending in paper cards and you need your fingerprints... For $50, I will assist you in doing a Form 1. For $200, I will give you your fingerprint file, and you'll never need to talk to me ever again.
And the reason it's $200 is because you will never need to talk to me ever again. And the reason a lot of people don't sell you your fingerprints like Silencer Shop, the reason you cannot buy your EFT file from Silencer Shop or any of those kind of places is because they want you to have to keep coming back to them.
Because if they have your information, unless you're going to go somewhere else... you're going to have to go back to them. They have your EFT file and you can't take it home. So as one buddy of mine who also has an FFL and also has a fingerprint scanner who does what I do, he goes, I don't sell people their fingerprints because then they don't need me anymore.
But if you want to be the turn in the punch bowl, go ahead. And I said, I would like to be that turn in the punch bowl. So for $200, I will give you your EFT file. And if you ask very, very nicely, I will show you how to do an e-form one. For free.
So either you're going to pay me $50 to do it for you, or you're going to give me $200 to give you your file, and then I'm going to show you how to do an e-form one anyways. But then after the first time, hopefully, you never need me ever again, and you can SPR to your little heart's content. Yeah, what was that website that I talked about on the show a few weeks ago? Chapter 4: How can I un-SBR a bolt-action pistol?
Now, okay, we've talked a lot about EFTs and stuff, but if somebody wants to build their own SBR, they basically fill out a Form 1. Can normal people do Form 1s on eForms? Yes, they can do a Form 1. Actually, eForms is updated where you can eForm individual to individual now. Oh, nice. And you can do individual to SOT now, too. So you basically go to eForms.
You submit a Form 1 with your fingerprint, photograph, upload all that shit. And then when you get it back approved, you engrave and build or build and engrave. City and state and the name and your name or the trust name. Yeah. Yes. But yeah, not your address, just literally city, state, and your name or trust name, whatever it happens to be. It is not hard. You can very likely figure it out.
There's a bunch of guides online, including that website that I was talking about, the Open Pew Project. And if you're around me, just come on down and I'll show you how to do it. Exactly. I've done lots of them. Yeah. So do that. And you have to notify LEO. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Form letter to local law enforcement that you have manufactured an NFA device. Okay. Well, I think that'll cover that one.
