Ellen was diagnosed with PCOS when she was a young adult and quickly looked for answers. After she got married she and her husband started to try and after not having success she started working with Caitlin. Ellen cut back on work to decrease her stress, started eating more, began yoga, worked on her blood sugar balance and did one round of Letrozole to eventually become pregnant with her daughter!
