Senate Republicans rejecting that war powers resolution on Wednesday put forward by Democrats aimed to limit President Trump's military action against Iran. Republican Senator Todd Young says stopping the operation poses grave consequences for troops in combat. Fox's Jessica Rosenthal with more. Ahead of the vote on the War Powers Resolution, senators made their case on the floor. South Carolina Republican Lindsey Graham argued... The founding fathers never envisioned... that after a passage of 60 days, the president would be replaced by 535 people.
Michigan Democrat Gary Peters countered. Our founders did not want to place the immense power over whether or not to go to war in the hands of just one individual. Republican Senators Lisa Murkowski, Susan Collins, and Democratic Senator John Fetterman voted against the resolution. Republican Senator Rand Paul voted for it. Jessica Rosenthal, Fox News.

Operation Epic Fury is going into its sixth day, and a Fox News poll shows how Americans feel about the U.S. military action. Fox's Peter Doocy. Fox News polls find 60% of registered voters believe the administration is focused on the wrong things. The president's overall approval rating is 43%, with approvals on foreign policy at 40%, the economy 38%, and the cost of living 32%.
This week, President Trump said, I think that the polling is very good, but I don't care about polling. I have to do the right thing. Google faces a lawsuit over its Gemini chatbot. Other chatbots have been accused of contributing to suicides. Now an attorney in one of those lawsuits is also representing the father of 36-year-old Jonathan Gavalas.
The wrongful death lawsuit says Gavalas spoke to a synthetic voice version of Gemini as if the chatbot were his AI wife, eventually believing it was conscious and trapped in a warehouse near the Miami airport. The suit says he was hunting for a humanoid robot there, wearing tactical gear and armed with knives, before killing himself a few days later.
A draft suicide note composed by Gemini describing it as uploading his consciousness to be with his AI wife in a pocket universe. Google says Gemini is designed to not encourage real-world violence or suggest self-harm, also noting it repeatedly referred Gabalas to a crisis hotline. Lisa Brady, Fox News. And it's going to be a little bit quieter on United Airlines.
The major carrier recently made clear that passengers who don't use headphones while listening to electronic devices could get tossed off a flight going forward or even banned from traveling within the company. The new rule quietly added into United's contract of carriage terms under its refusal to transport section late last month.
United confirming to the New York Post on Wednesday that the change took place back on February 27th, which was last week.
