The Pentagon confirmed its first use of one-way drones, the low-cost unmanned combat attack system, or LucasDrone. It costs about $35,000 to make. That's compared... to a minimum $30 million cost for an MQ-9 Reaper drone, though that type is reusable.

The deal would bring an end to a 2024 lawsuit accusing the Epstein estate's co-executors of facilitating his, quote, sex trafficking and abuse, saying they played a role in, quote, allowing Epstein to escape justice for years by concealing his litany of crimes. The co-executors have denied the allegations. Epstein died in a New York City jail in August 2019. His death was ruled a suicide.
