An attack on a synagogue in suburban Detroit on Lisa Brady. The suspect is dead and the attack remains under investigation. Oakland County Sheriff Mike Bouchard says a gunman rammed his truck, breaching Temple Israel Synagogue in West Bloomfield Township where armed security was ready. We believe there is one individual deceased in the vehicle.
It's been complicated because there was some fire, to say the least, with that vehicle. One security guard being treated after being hit by the truck. No students or staff at Temple Israel were hurt. The FBI, an ATF on scene as the situation pivots. Is there anybody else involved in the investigative side of what's happened?
Chapter 3: What details are known about the shooting at Virginia's Old Dominion University?
Law enforcement also saying there was no specific chatter about attacks in Oakland County, though that organizations have all been on alert. Fox's Jeff Manasso, a third victim confirmed in a shooting earlier at Virginia's Old Dominion University. Campus police say one of those three victims has died. The gunman was already dead after opening fire in a business school on the main campus.
No official word on how the gunman was killed or a motive. At least two of the people wounded are members of the Army Reserve Officers Training Corps at the university. Our campus and our community have been truly shaken and forever impacted by this senseless act of violence. And we want to extend our thoughts and prayers to the families and the victims and those that were impacted.
University President Brian Hemphill, multiple federal sources tell Fox the suspected shooter is a naturalized U.S.

The New York City mayor says he's getting support from other elected officials after a weekend incident outside the mayor's official residence suspected of being inspired by ISIS. Mayor Zoran Mamdani says Pennsylvania Governor Josh Shapiro called to check on him and his wife following Saturday's incident where two men threw homemade bombs near Gracie Mansion.
Shapiro and his wife were targets of an arson attack last year at the governor's mansion. Mamdani, New York City's first Muslim mayor, cited the First Amendment rights of the protesters behind Saturday's anti-Islamic demonstration where the attack happened.
The fact that they brought a goat in a bigoted display of what they view to be Islam, that they brought a roasted pig to my residence during the month of Ramadan, I still believe they have the right to protest. And I will still protect that right for each and every New Yorker. Two men are in custody facing federal charges in the attack.
