Chapter 1: What severe weather event is impacting the East Coast?
The snow is going to be heavy. I'm Roger Stern, Fox News. Millions of Americans from Virginia all the way up to Maine preparing for a massive nor'easter threatening to dump historic amounts of snow across the I-95 corridor. New Jersey Governor Mikey Sherrill has declared a state of emergency in the entire state, warning residents that preparations need to be made now.
I know we just got through a historic winter storm just a few weeks ago. We all did it together by heating warnings, staying off the roads, and taking public safety seriously. Now we have another serious winter storm on our hands, and my top priority is your safety.
For the first time in nearly a decade, New York City will be under a blizzard warning, with Boston and the entire state of Rhode Island under the same warning as well. Officials also warning about widespread power outages. President Trump is boosting tariffs across the world even more, despite a Supreme Court ruling against him.
Chapter 2: How is President Trump responding to the Supreme Court ruling on tariffs?
Here's Fox's Joe Nato in Washington. When the Supreme Court ruled the International Emergency Economic Powers Act didn't give President Trump the power to impose tariffs, he went elsewhere. Under Section 122 of the Trade Act of 1974, he can raise tariffs for a limited time. Late Friday, he imposed a 10 percent tariff, but Saturday he said he's raising them to 15 percent.
And what about the money already collected under the previous tariffs? On Fox, Republican Senator John Kennedy put a positive spin on it. If he gives back $300 billion worth of tariff money to the business community in America, this economy's going to roar, man. California Governor Gavin Newsom wants refunds for American businesses and families. In Washington, Jill Nadeau, Fox News.

All the Democrats, we agree that we want to have some reforms on ICE, but this would have none of that involved in it.
This shutdown was nothing more than people that are afraid of the base to just explain to them that shutting down the entire DHS will have no impact or make those kinds of reforms for ICE. The partial shutdown affects TSA, FEMA, and the Coast Guard. Democrats want new policies, including forcing ICE agents to show their faces.
Chapter 4: What criticisms are being made regarding ICE and DHS funding?
Recent poll by Fox found 59% of respondents said ICE tactics are too aggressive. President Trump ratcheting up his warning against Iran, threatening military force if Iran doesn't make concessions. Fox's Jessica Rosenthal with more. Joined by the leaders of multiple countries at his Board of Peace meeting, President Trump said now is the time for Iran to make a deal with the U.S.
toward peace, saying they cannot have a nuclear weapon. They cannot continue to threaten the stability of the entire region, and they must make a deal. He referenced the B-2 bombings of Iran's nuclear arsenals over the summer. So now we may have to take it a step further, or we may not. Maybe we're going to make a deal. You're going to be finding out over the next probably 10 days.
Chapter 5: How are international relations affecting the situation with Iran?
Administration officials have said they want negotiations to include not just Iran's nuclear program, but also their missile program, as well as their support of terrorist proxy groups. Jessica Rosenthal, Fox News. Ukrainian forces struck a missile factory deep inside Russia today. A Russian official says the attack was carried out by drones.
The site's almost 900 miles from the Russian-Ukrainian border. Local airports had to suspend operations. The strike came days after talks between Russia and Ukraine ended. I'm Roger Stern, and this is Fox News.
