Chapter 2: What measures are being taken to ensure safety during the blizzard?
As snow and winds get worse, Healy has issued a travel ban for the state's South Coast and Cape Cod. She says responders need room to clear snow and restore power. And that's why we don't need people on the road who shouldn't be on the road. At least 200 state National Guard members have also been activated.
