The move comes after Trump administration officials have visited the country after the U.S. military operation that deposed former leader Nicolas Maduro.
The announcement also comes after a two-day visit by Interior Secretary Doug Burgum, largely to provide security assurances to mining companies interested in investing in Venezuela. President Trump has removed Christine Nome as Homeland Security Secretary, has nominated Oklahoma Senator Mark Wayne Mullen to the post. Austin police released more details into Sunday's bar shooting that killed at least three people. Austin police say the 53-year-old suspect was in a Cadillac SUV when he fired a semi-automatic handgun at people on a bar patio Sunday, then opening fire with an AR-15 rifle. Officials releasing 911 calls and body camera footage showing the moment officers shot and killed him.

A 30-year-old man died a day later, and two victims remain at the hospital, with one in critical condition. That's about 40 percent through.
And he says the IRS can see the impact from the Working Families Tax Cuts Act. 43% of filers have one of those deductions. Bisignano also says artificial intelligence at the IRS is helping both representatives and taxpayers. Fox's Ginny Casola. Filings for jobless aid for the week ending February 28th match the previous week's 213,000, according to the Labor Department.
