Chapter 1: What updates are there on the search for Nancy Guthrie?
A second suspected and reported ransom note deadline has passed. I'm Dave Anthony, Fox News, and there are no reports of any payments on day 10 of the search for Nancy Guthrie. Law enforcement is working tirelessly around the clock trying to bring her home, trying to find her.
But today's show host Savannah Guthrie also in a new social video, media video, said they're reaching out an hour of desperation searching for their mother. And we need your help. Urging anyone anywhere to reach out if they have seen or heard anything strange. The FBI has put up digital billboards in several major cities in Texas, California, Arizona, and New Mexico.
But the agency has not identified any suspects or persons of interest in the disappearance of 84-year-old Nancy Guthrie. FBI officials also say they are unaware of any ongoing communications between the Guthrie family and any suspected kidnappers. That's Fox's Tonya J. Powers.
Chapter 2: What recent military operations have the U.S. conducted in South America?
Yet another U.S. attack off the South American coast in a five-month-long operation targeting drug trafficking. The U.S. military Southern Command announcing it blew up a vessel in the eastern Pacific suspected of carrying drugs, killing two people and leaving one survivor who it called the Coast Guard to search for. Southcom also releasing a clip of video showing the attack.

The controversial immigration enforcement operation in Minneapolis that included deadly shootings and confrontations with protesters will be under scrutiny at a House hearing next hour that will put the acting ICE director on the hot seat as Democrats demand ICE reform or else they'll block new funding for homeland security needed by Friday night.
But Republican Congressman Lance Gooden tells Fox a lot of ICE operations are already funded. So what they've done is put at risk the TSA funding.
Chapter 3: How is immigration enforcement impacting homeland security funding?

Chapter 4: What new housing legislation has been passed in Congress?
While Republicans and Democrats clash over immigration enforcement and homeland security funding, almost all of them agree on something else, housing legislation. Just nine lawmakers voted against the massively bipartisan bill geared at tackling the affordability crisis when it comes to home ownership.
The wide-ranging bill includes incentives for building multifamily homes, taller buildings on smaller lots, and less restrictions on permitting. The bill mainly focuses on first-time homebuyers and lower-income Americans.
Affordability has become a major talking point from the Trump administration and both sides of the aisle in Congress, as the average first-time homebuyer is around the age of 40. House lawmakers and senators are not running for re-election, but one just announced today she is. Senator Susan Collins, a Republican from Maine, and in an opinion piece in today's Bangor Daily News, Collins wrote at a time when Washington seems broken and trust is low, Maine needs experienced steady leadership.
Chapter 5: What are the implications of New York's new assisted dying law?
New York has become the 13th state to approve a law signed by Democratic Governor Kathy Hochul allowing someone terminally ill to end their life. Under terms of the legislation, the person must be given a prognosis of six months or less to live by two physicians, undergo a mental health evaluation, and be capable of self-administering the medication.
The law is only available to New York residents. Hochul says, quote, New Yorkers deserve the choice to endure less suffering, not by shortening their lives, but by shortening their deaths. In New York, Sue Guzman, Fox News. On Wall Street, stock futures are mixed the day after a Dow record high close. At the Winter Olympics, the U.S. won two silver medals this morning.
