Jolene Delisle is the founder & creative director of the branding and creative agency The Working Assembly. Her work has been recognized by the Type Directors Club, Print, D&AD, The One Show, Fast Company, has been named into the Forbes Next 1000 entrepreneur list, and in 2022 was Adweek's Creative 100 honoring the most innovative and inspiring individuals. Jolene is passionate about bridging the gender equity and diversity gap in creativity and tech and launched TWA labs in 2019 to invest in women and founders of color. As a long-time resident of New York City, she created Local Works to support independent retail business owners in 2020.
