English actress and vlogger Kelsey Parker - previously Kelsey Hardwick - wife and widower of The Wanted's Tom Parker. Kelsey was under the world’s eye when her husband, Tom Parker was diagnosed with a life-threatening brain tumour. Kelsey nursed Tom all the way though his illness, she was a woman on a mission, to find alternative healing medicines that could help with Tom’s diagnosis. In this remarkable episode Brogan and Kelsey sit down and talk about dealing with grief. What it is really like to care for someone who is dying. How to find joy after grief and finding yourself again after trauma. When really is the ‘right’ time to move on ? It is hard not to be inspired by Kelsey, her captivating authenticity and her sheer determination to remain positive whilst her whole world is crumbling around her. This episode is for all of us, because in truth one day we will all suffer loss and grief and in truth there is no right way to grief. But, we have to keep on living.
