James Holt is the Head of Midnight Runners London, one of the biggest, loudest and most vibrant running communities in the UK. And even though he now appears a very confident leader, that wasn't always the case. Years earlier, just turning up to Midnight Runners was a big step out of James' comfort zone. Now, he heads up one of the largest running groups in the capital. James' story of finding confidence and growth within a running community is a reminder of what can be achieved when we step out our comfort zone and surround ourselves with supportive people. Formed over 8 years ago in London, Midnight Runners is now a free global fitness community that creates social workouts in many cities across the world. Run by volunteers, Midnight Runners put having fun and being sociable at the heart of everything they do.
