S1. E50. Girls with Goals

For the very last episode of 2022 I wanted to share with you the audio from a live group workshop that I hosted back in November, called Girls with Goals. This workshop was all about finding an area of your life that you want to enhance, setting a realistic goal that you can ACTUALLY achieve, and creating a roadmap to get there.  New Years is always a time when we reassess, take stock of the past year and our lives in general, and set a goal for what we want to achieve in the coming 365 days. But we usually fall flat around January 9th and go back to our old habits, only to revisit the same damn thing the next January 1st. Make this year different. Head into the new year prepared with a plan to not only achieve the first goal you set for yourself, but change your life for the better as you continue to use this method of goal setting and achieving throughout your life. Because once you get a taste of how it feels to get what you want out of life, you're never going to stop creating the life of your dreams.
