Chapter 2: How can we shift our mindset from fear to empowerment?
where just like everything was going wrong, some major stuff, some health niggles, but also just like small practical things are going wrong, like not having running water one day, my washing machine breaking, just like the usual crap that when you're already a bit stressed out really pisses you off. And I was just feeling a bit like over everything.
And I ended up remembering that Sonia had very kindly posted me her brand new book. And I thought, right, if any signs are pointing towards anything right now, it's for me to stop and to pause for a minute and read some literature that's going to be uplifting. And I sat and I read half of this book in the evening in one go. And my mindset changed. completely shifted.
And I think that that is a really good reminder that yes, you know, we've all got stuff going on and life isn't perfect and curve balls will be thrown our way throughout life, but we've got much more control over the perception we have of it and how we react to it than we care to believe. And I'd really sunk at that point into just feeling a bit sorry for myself, which is okay. You

But I was in danger of getting stuck in that. And this book really pulled me out of it. So I thought, you know what, if this book has had such a great impact on me, we need to get Sonia back on. She'd actually been on the podcast before a while back to talk more specifically about mediumship and psychicness, which we do touch on in this chat.

When you came on, I can't even think when it was now, probably a few years ago. Maybe over three. Over three years ago, that episode that we did with you was so hugely popular, I can't even tell you.

And I imagine a lot of it is to do with the fact that many of us are searching, wanting to grow, wanting to see life differently with a bigger perspective. We're at a point where we're thinking, it can't just be this, that we're all bumbling along and we're just kind of tripping over ourselves. Right.
I think many people, certainly who listen to Happy Place, were so deeply inspired by that episode because you gave us a whole different angle to look at life and the tools to do it. So I'm so glad we get to chat about stuff today.
Well, I'm really excited because even from then till now, our planet is changing. And our external planet is changing, but our Internal constellation is changing and our inner senses are coming back online. But we are living in a world that has invalidated those senses. So we're running into a collision.
Chapter 7: What is the significance of asking for guidance from spirit guides?
I am having telepathic experiences. My gut is talking to me. I do have a vibe. I can vibrationally vibrate. recognize what's happening, but everything's been invalidated. So where do I go? And so I think even now more than ever, the message and the tools I'm giving people are come back to your core frequency. It's all frequency.
And when you recognize that and you follow that through telepathy or through a dream or however it presents, it's a frequency that's keeping you true to yourself.

Chapter 8: How can we practice trusting our intuition daily?
There's always going to be that general curiosity about mediumship and psychic ability. But sometimes we can think, well, that's for other people. There's experts that do this. But you're so encouraging for all of us to think we've all got the ability to have intuition and therefore we need to start listening to it.
If that's a really new idea to anybody listening, that they've not recognised their own intuition, they haven't had... I mean, most of us have had a spooky moment where it's been like, you're thinking of someone and they call, like, all the obvious ones. You think of a song and it comes on the radio.
But when we're talking about, like, true guidance in life that can be life-changing, how do you start to tap into that?
I think the very most important first thing is to quit projecting it as something unnatural.
Yeah.
What is absolutely unnatural is every living creature alive has an inner guidance system. You know, all the animals left in India before the tsunami hit, you know, the migration of butterflies and the whales and the echolation of bats. Why wouldn't we? So we've been under a huge, massive gaslight that our inner sensory awareness is is legitimate receiving of energy that gives you information.
So we woo-woo it. We put it out there and I'm not out there because that would then make me vulnerable to being rejected. So I will reject my actual experience of a risk being rejected by others. Fortunately, after COVID-19, That doesn't fly anymore because there's nothing. The promise of what others do for you is completely collapsed.
Everybody's kind of each man for himself in a way because we're learning that I'm the captain of my ship. I live with my choices. And if I abandon myself because I felt something that I couldn't logically explain, then it's weird. But here's the truth. Neuroscience has explained it now.
The science that we're working with or the understanding of our inner senses that we're working with is so last century. Science is now every day saying, finally, thank God. We have conscious bodies. Our guts are conscious. Our hearts are conscious. Our skin is conscious. We can internalize and receive energy and with it information. If it's congruent, then that's a good vibe.
