Up on the podcast this week we have a special guest, my wonderful partner Caspar Chittenden. The world of men’s work is so important and this episode was recorded with the intention to be a call to action for men. It’s an invitation to explore your inner landscape, to ask yourself powerful questions, an invitation for transformation. It’s a call to take an honest look at your current operating system and understand how to go about upgrading your way of being, so that you can live a life of increased ease, connection, fulfilment, love, joy and purpose. About Caspar: Caspar is a transformational life coach, supporting courageous men to radically realign their lives and build authentic success, connection and fulfilment. Caspar spent 10 years working as a strength and conditioning coach, co-owning and managing his London-based training centre Three Aces Training. During this time, Caspar noticed a correlation between the results his clients were getting and their lifestyles outside of the gym, identifying the impacts of stress and mental and emotional wellbeing on our health in general. Caspar sold out of the business at the start of 2021 to focus on meeting men on a deeper level and now runs his private life coaching practice from our home together in Brighton. In this episode: - making big / radical decisions to shape our lives to make us happy - common struggles and issues amongst men, including purpose, inner leadership, boundaries, repressed emotions and difficulties around vulnerable communication - the challenging paradigm of what ‘success’ looks like: living by the values of others or social norms and denying yourself of your own authenticity - the outdated messaging of ‘boys don’t cry’ leading to communication break-down, challenges in articulating emotions and needing to find coping mechanisms - understanding your own values and designing your life accordingly - symptoms of operating in high states of stress - ways to give yourself more space - overcoming fears around judgement when you want to change aspects of who you are or what you do - the taboo around therapy and how it can help to support you, alongside men’s work - what is on the other side of stress and challenges you might be currently facing Caspar’s Contact information: IG: @coachingwithcaspar Website: www.coachingwithcaspar.com
