Chapter 1: What impact did the Iran war videos have on social media?
Americans can't get enough war coverage. In the days leading up to the February 28th attack, Fox News registered 35% more viewers than CNN and MSNOW combined. But there is one place to ignore for honest and factual coverage. Can you guess what it is? Within minutes after the news of the attack, Elon Musk's ex-users were literally plastering phony war videos.
AI-generated slop was everywhere, and it still is. And so are old videos labeled as new. One user posted a fake clip of a rocket strike taken directly from a video game. Four and a half million watched, believing it to be true. And virtually every account pushing this garbage has a paid blue checkmark, meaning the X algorithm boosted it. With war news, stop, wait, verify, and then don't share it.

Chapter 2: How did Elon Musk's X platform contribute to misinformation?
You've heard me talk a lot about consumer cellular, and there's a good reason. You can switch carriers, save money every month, and still get the same reliable coverage. Here's why I made the switch. Consumer cellular uses the same towers as the big carriers, so you're not sacrificing quality to pay less.
And when you call consumer cellular, you just don't get pushed to a robot or told to use an app. You speak with a real person, someone knowledgeable right here in the U.S.
Chapter 3: What types of AI-generated content were shared during the attack?
No bots, no scripts, no hassle. The best part, you don't pay extra to speak to a human being like some big carriers are doing now. So whether you make the switch online, over the phone, or in one of their stores, you'll always work with a real person. Make the switch today and get $25 off at consumercellular.com slash Kim.
And if you're over 50, get one line of unlimited talk, text, and data for only $35. Plus, get an additional $5 off for the first five months. That's consumercellular.com slash Kim. Consumercellular.com slash Kim. Do you remember The Magnificent Seven? Not the movie. The Magnificent Seven. I do remember the movie. The Magnificent Seven are the biggest tech companies.
That when these tech companies made a move, that all of Wall Street would be shaking. Because they controlled the majority of the trillions and trillions of dollars there. I probably could guess them. Okay, guess. Apple. Okay. Google.
Chapter 4: How can we verify the authenticity of war news?
Or Alphabet, whatever it's called. Meta. Formerly Facebook. That's three. You're moving your fingers too fast, and you're ruining my count. Uh, NVIDIA. Yes. The chip maker. Right. Uh, Tesla. Yeah. The automobile company and the other two magnificent seven there. I named them all. Well, now they are on the, they call them the fab four. Who'd I forget? Apple. I forgot Apple.
Apple's gone by the way. It's gone. Out of the magnificent seven because they're not market leaders anymore because their AI works so good. No, it doesn't. Okay. It sucks so bad. But didn't they go out and hire Google to do their AI for them? It's not there yet. But they're going to be paying Google like a billion dollars. That's all. That's jump change.
Tesla, they got too many cars in the parking lot. Nobody's buying them. Especially the Cybertruck. Let's see. Who else is? Oh, Meta. The whole Metaverse. Gone. $70 billion. Yeah, that's a lot of money. But still, Facebook leads the way, right? When it comes to... But they're not really innovating. They're not leading. They're not leading. All right.
So who you have left is Microsoft, Amazon, Google. I forgot Microsoft. You forgot Microsoft. So Microsoft, Amazon, Google, and NVIDIA. Those are the fab four. And Microsoft was OG. Like that was the first tech company that people started talking about. And you realize how big they were. And they're still there. Still hanging in. Clippy. I don't even know one product they sell other than Windows.
Well, you have all the Microsoft Office suite. Now Copilot's coming out. And what's happening with Copilot is Microsoft's chief Mustafa Saliman says that Copilot isn't only going to help you write your emails and do PowerPoints and things like that, that it's going to be your living kind of breathing kind of AI companion. Right. That will always be by your side.
So if you wondered, what should I make for dinner? What should I get my wife as a present? Diamonds. What should I, what should I wear today? But you would always have co-pilot in your, They've been pushing that for the last two years now, that this is what AI is going to be. All of them, ChatGPT, all of them say that that's what they're going to be.
But OpenAI is coming out with a product later this year that is going to be, they say it's like a pin that you're going to wear that will listen to everything and help you live a better life. Okay. Can I tell you something? When you were starting this, I thought you were going to say that the AI would start to do the work for you. I tried agent mode on ChatGPT. Can I give a review? Yes.
I apologize for anybody who just heard that in your ears. Copy and paste. I said, go into agent mode.

Chapter 5: What is the significance of the 'Magnificent Seven' tech companies?
And in agent mode, I want you to do this task. And it said, here you go. Copy and paste to do it yourself. You know what? Chat GPT is having issues. Oh, I'm so frustrated. It's not as good as it used to be. Gemini's better. Claude is really good. Really good. Claude is good. I'm paying for Claude now. Are you? Yes. How much are you paying? $20 or $100 a month? $20. $20.
I don't need it for that much, but the, what do they call them again? Artifacts? Yes. The artifacts are phenomenal. I do hate the fact, though, when you create an artifact, which is some sort of functional database that is run on the web, is that everything is saved into the web browser.
So I don't know if you know this, if you get out of your computer and then you go home and you sit down at your home computer and you log into Claude, all your crap isn't there. I don't like that either. They got to figure out another way. Charge me another six bucks and connect a cloud to that thing. So I'm paying for Claude, Gemini, and ChatGPT. Okay. Are you still paying for ChatGPT?
Yeah, because Claude doesn't make images. Hey, if you love staying tech ahead, then you're going to love, love, love. I'm talking about my free newsletter called The Current.
