Do you want to have your own lash salon with staff someday? If so you will not want to miss this episode. Salon ownership is an amazing calling and as a former salon owner, I have the utmost respect for people in our industry who pursue their dream to be a salon. I feel salon owners have the most difficult job in our industry. That said, I don't feel salon ownership is for the weak at heart. It's a tough road and today we sit down with Ali to talk about her experience of running her own salon (actually she's owned two salons). If you follow Ali (Lash Anarchist) on Instagram you know she is a straight shooter and does not sugarcoat things...and she stayed true to herself in this interview.
