Where do you want your headspace to be?Step 2: Check in with yourself: When the first confusing moment comes in, a check in for a question, and to check in to stay on your goal. Think beginning middle and end. Step 3: Honor your hard volume: know how to alter your level. This is one of the coolest skills a dancer can OWN!Step 4: Create a win for yourself and celebrate! Honor what you did and the fact that you showed up for yourself.
