Just live a little. When I was little, I used to get the glow sticks and then cut them open and do it all over my room. I'm like, this is so cool. And there's glass inside of it.

We had one hanging from our ceiling. It was like a shape and it leaked. And we had linoleum tile in our old house. In the morning, there was a hole there. through the linoleum. Wow. Yuck. yeah my school had to call poison control on me during nap time I think in kindergarten I was chewing on one that we got at the roller rink and it got in my mouth and the teacher was like oh shoot that's a good teacher though to like cover your bases and call it in yeah they said just to wash my mouth out and and that should be cool so
I've only had to call poison control once. And that was like, I walked, Demi was like two years old and she had gone to our bathroom and I had a, what is it? Pepto-Bismol like tablets, the dissolvable, like in your mouth. And she ate two packs. She just sucked on the packs and just ate them like candy. And I was like, Oh no. And I was like, make you like super constipated or something. Yeah.
Basically it was like, I, uh, that or like poop a lot. And that, like, so I called, I was like frantic. Cause she ate like 12 of these things. I was like, oh, this is it. This is how I get on the news. But then they're like, oh yeah, she's going to be fine. I'm like, well, why you panic me then? She's a tiny child.
We've only called it once and it was because Jane got like, I think it was like a Some essential oil, but I forget what kind of, it was like rosemary or something. That can like, really, that could kill you. That's a lot. There's some spicy ones. Yeah, but we figured out she just put it in her mouth and just goes. So she didn't chug it or anything.
