Gulf countries have not responded militarily as of now, but they say they reserve the right to do so. And they've been holding calls with both Iran's foreign minister, but also many of the leaders here have spoken with President Trump in the last 24 to 48 hours. Now, Iran says the bases located in these countries are being used against them.
