Ken Ehrman Ken is a technology and safety visionary, who has spent 25+ years pioneering IoT innovations. As the founder of I.D. Systems (now PWFL:NASDAQ), he has 40+ patents that have revolutionized efficiency and worker safety for the biggest and most demanding companies in the world. He is now leveraging his industry relationships and expertise to bring best-in-class safety solutions to dogs and dog lovers. Ken’s mission began after his niece’s dog, Ruby, tragically escaped a traditional invisible dog fence and was struck by a car. That fatal loss inspired him to rethink pet safety, and led to the creation of Halo Collar. Ken co-founded Halo Collar alongside his brother Michel Ehrman and pet whisperer Cesar Milan. Andrew Miller Andrew Miller, founder of Tulip Valley Farms, is a retired Air Force Intelligence Officer who transitioned into a celebrated farmer and entrepreneur. A native of Skagit County, Washington, Andrew built an international strategy career at Expedia and Amazon before returning home to raise his six children and launch a unique agritourism venture. Despite launching the farm during historically harsh weather and contending with a lawsuit right before opening day (which was later dropped), Tulip Valley Farms flourished. In 2024, while nearly 15,000 farms across the U.S. shut down, Andrew defied the odds—growing his farm’s revenue by 23% and achieving customer acquisition costs 70% lower than the industry average. Theresa Bruno Theresa Bruno is an author, speaker, coach, and host of The Soul Talks Podcast. With a background as a trained classical pianist and successful entrepreneur, she previously led a regional marketing firm and founded Jordan Alexander Jewelry—a luxury brand worn by celebrities like Oprah, Julia Roberts, and Michelle Obama. Her diverse accomplishments reflect both creative talent and business acumen. However, Theresa’s life was forever changed five years ago when she lost her husband to suicide. That experience shifted her focus from building businesses to navigating deep personal loss and finding meaning in the aftermath. Today, she channels that journey into helping others heal and transform.
