I even experienced the Sunday Scaries for the first time in years.I share openly about: ✨ The pressure I felt as the end of September approached ✨ How I slipped into controlling energy by obsessively checking analytics and my bank account ✨ The lies I started telling myself ~ that I wasn’t capable, smart, or worthy enough ✨ What happens when we stop honouring ourselves and our goals ✨ Why divine timing and the universe’s rhythm with time are so important to rememberThis is another tell-all episode ~ because I know how common it is to feel wobbly when you’re working toward something big.
