A very warm welcome, today we are looking at the power and significance of having clear business goals, and why it's such a big deal for you and your business. Imagine you're driving somewhere new without SatNav and there aren't any road signs for you to follow. You might head roughly in the right direction and with perseverance, eventually stumble upon where you need to get to, but you'll likely take plenty of wrong turns and waste a huge amount of time in the process.
