26 Feb 2026

Transcription

Chapter 1: What is the main topic discussed in this episode?

0.031 - 26.697

This is an iHeart Podcast. Guaranteed human. This is Special Agent Riegel, Special Agent Bradley Hall. In 2018, the FBI took down a ring of spies working for China's Ministry of State Security, one of the most mysterious intelligence agencies in the world. The Sixth Bureau podcast is a story of the inner workings of the MSS and how one man's ambition and mistakes opened its vault of secrets.

Hi, it's Jill Winterstein, host of the Spirit Daughter podcast, where we talk about astrology, natal charts, and how to step into your most vibrant life. And today I'm talking with my dear friend, Krista Williams. It can change you in the best way possible.

50.142 - 68.597

Dance with the change, dance with the breakdowns. The embodiment of Pisces intuition with Capricorn power moves. So I'm like delusionally proud of my chart. Listen to the Spirit Daughter podcast starting on February 24th the iHeartRadio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you listen to your podcasts.

69.286 - 91.205

I'm Amanda Knox, and in the new podcast, Doubt, The Case of Lucy Letby, we unpack the story of an unimaginable tragedy that gripped the UK in 2023. But what if we didn't get the whole story? Evidence has been made to fit. The moment you look at the whole picture, the case collapsed. What if the truth was disguised by a story we chose to believe? Oh my God, I think she might be innocent.

0

91.705 - 120.054

Listen to Doubt, The Case of Lucy Letby on the iHeartRadio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts. I'm Nancy Glass, host of the Burden of Guilt Season 2 podcast. This is a story about a horrendous lie that destroyed two families. Late one night, Bobby Gumpright became the victim of a random crime. The perpetrator was sentenced to 99 years until a confession changed everything.

120.395 - 162.787

I was a monster. Listen to Burden of Guilt Season 2 on the iHeartRadio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts. Dun, dun, dun, dun. I don't know if that's the proper introduction for it. Is that what's happening? Does that just happen? Dun, dun, dun. Dun, dun, dun. That's not it. That's dramatic and bad. That's what I wanted. That's what I want. Thank you.

162.848 - 198.942

So you were going for fanfare, but decided on close to execution. Yes. Thank you. I feel seen. You went with a dirge. Nice. Maybe you saw the announcement yesterday on People.com, but if you didn't, please let us be the first to tell you. We have a book coming out. Dun-dun-dun-dun. Dun-dun-dun. Again? Nope. That's not it. Boom-boom. Boom-boom. It's a lot of order music. Dun-dun-dun-dun.

198.962 - 226.494

Now, if it was a true crime book, then that would have worked. Okay. But it's not. Okay, well. We need the fanfare. Okay, better. Good. All right. Book Meets World, an oral history of Boy Meets World will be released on November 10th, 2026, but it is available for pre-order right now. So I'm very excited about this book. I know both of you are as well.

226.674 - 251.083

Writer, what are you most looking forward to about the book? I think just having – because, you know, we've had so many conversations that are, you know, over the course of, what, three and a half years of this podcast? And it's just so nice to have a compilation of the best and the most important. And I'm just – I just love the idea of being able to flip through, basically –

Chapter 2: What is the infamous episode being recapped in this podcast?

2614.569 - 2648.413

We had S-E-X. Want to hear the details? Okay. Last night we were so- We started off this way. Madeline's eyes go wide to ask, is he still sleeping? Topanga brags, oh yeah, I wore him out. Because now Topanga, all of a sudden, who wouldn't do anything but kiss, is now a sex kitten. Like, just so in charge of sex and sexuality. Like, I've been planning this for 28 years. Like, my God.

0

2648.613 - 2679.78

The peanut gallery cheers again and Madeline approves. Atta girl. Madeline admits her man is also sleeping. Topanga wonders, you wore him out too? And again, a very, very funny joke. Madeline nods. Yes, gradually. Yeah. You know, we honeymooned here ourselves. We come here every year on our anniversary, but this year is very special because we've decided to retire here.

0

2680.36 - 2704.858

And then the PA blasts again, paging Mrs. Matthews, Mrs. Corey Matthews. Topanga excitedly claps her hands together. That's me, that's me. Then we see Corey proudly gliding in high on life. An old man grabs him by the shoulders and laughs. Honeymoon? Corey grins. How can you tell? The man points out, I can see all your teeth. Corey nods. It's true. I'm a man now. The man praises him.

0

2704.998 - 2727.838

You're very happy, boy. I mean, what has happened in this episode? Like, literally, Corey and Dabanga have gone to an island and are talking to an older couple and just expositing about sex. Like, that's all that has happened. No conflict. No. Yeah, but it's about to get super funny. Oh, God. Like, we have just, we've had, like, five full minutes of nothing. I know. Nothing.

0

2727.858 - 2757.547

Just characters being like, this thing happened with my penis. Yeah. Okay. Who cares? Who cares? It's so dumb. There's no conflict. Like, just give anything. Anything. Like, it's just like... Oh, my gosh. Okay. The old man agrees. It's good in the beginning, isn't it? And Corey announces, it's my new favorite thing. Still just talking about what happened with body parts.

2758.83 - 2763.137

Can I pitch a better honeymoon episode really quickly? Please.

Chapter 3: How do the hosts feel about the reputation of 'The Honeymooners' episode?

2763.618 - 2781.829

Okay. Anything, by the way. This is not a challenge for you. No, I know. But they set it up perfectly where they're stopped. Right before they're about to have sex in the hotel room. Right. So the entire episode should be them right about to do it somewhere. And then they're stopped and they've waited this long and then out of nowhere.

0

2781.849 - 2792.205

And then at the end, something happens where they finally they do it where they never think they're going to or something like that. I bet that was the initial pitch. And then they were just like, that's too obvious. Let's go. Let's let's do coconuts.

0

2792.185 - 2816.86

nearby Topanga waves to Corey from her spot hi Mr. Matthews he greets back hi Mrs. Matthews he points and tells the old man mine in return the man points to Madeline mine the new friends approach their wives and Corey boasts about the Mr. and Mrs. Matthews page he arranged for Topanga he also asked for them to page Dr. Chocolate Pudding next

0

2816.84 - 2830.9

Topanga introduces him to the Nelsons and explains that they are retiring on the island. Corey calls the island amazing and says the towels are the softest that has ever graced his tushy. Topanga adds that the water tastes like candy, which honestly sounds terrible.

0

2831.335 - 2850.438

Mary tells the Nelsons they're lucky to be on the island because normally they'd be in cold Philadelphia in Feeney's class right now. And the sanitation department would probably be on strike. The Nelsons counter. We'd be in Baltimore watching our grandson Joey's soccer team, the Mighty Gophers. And she'd be in the car with the heater going saying, is it over yet? I'm so cold.

2850.858 - 2875.048

So now the only conflict or problem. No, it's not conflict. It's still exposition. It's still just backstory. Where we live is cold. Yeah. Here, it's warm. Exactly. That's it. And we've been... She'd be in the car with the heater going, saying, is it over yet? I'm so cold. Madeline rolls her eyes. She doesn't like the cold. And Corey agrees. Me neither. In fact, I'm cold right now.

2875.528 - 2899.537

Topanga's confused. It's 92 degrees. But Corey rattles on in a robotic tone. I'm very cold. Why don't we go into the bedroom and go under the covers like we did before? Topanga quips back, we're married now. We can do it every night for the rest of your life. Mr. Nelson suggests, get it in writing, kid. Then over the PA, we hear Dr. Pudding paging Dr. Chocolate Pudding. Topanga and Corey laugh.

2899.637 - 2924.33

They love this place. Then they start to kiss. But sneaky music begins to play and we see a masked man with a plastic lizard strapped to his ski mask snooping around. The creeper takes off his mask and it's Eric gasping for air. Oh, I am so freaking hot. Guys, I bet here's where the conflict is going to come in. Oh, heat. And the comedy. Heat is the conflict. And the comedy. Comedy and conflict.

2924.731 - 2947.088

This is when I saw Will's face and I was like, oh, no. For the first time ever, he's dead inside. You know, you just looked off. Yeah. Everything was just off. I was like, he is not having fun. He is not like this. There's only so much you can make funny. Yeah. I mean, there really does come a limit where you're like, I don't know what I can do with this. I don't know what I can do.

Chapter 4: What unexpected opinions do the hosts share about the episode's quality?

2986.183 - 3004.324

That's the end of the scene. Like, just have Will fall. Just have Will pass out. Yeah, you pass out at the end of every scene, right? Yeah. Wow. Topanga feeds Corey a chocolate-covered strawberry and he notes how romantic of a move that was. She explains, well, this is the most romantic place there could ever be. He smirks. Do you want to dance? Topanga's confused.

0

3004.304 - 3023.55

Since when do you like to dance? And he answers, since I'm in the most beautiful place in the world, staring at the most beautiful woman I've ever seen. The audience, who has genuinely just awed for 10 minutes straight, they do it again. He takes her hand and starts to sway, but Topanga points out there isn't any music. Corey proclaims, we're in paradise. We'll make our own.

0

3023.59 - 3044.576

And immediately after he says that, music begins to play. They're in shock. That was cool. And then we see Eric in a white tuxedo conducting a live band. He's now dripping in sweat. How is it this hot when there's no sun out? He starts asking other hotel guests, are you hot? Are you hot? Every time he points to someone, he confuses the musicians, creating an audible mess.

0

3045.197 - 3067.986

Meanwhile, Corey and Topanga are still in a haze of love. Topanga feels so relaxed. She's forgotten about everything else. Also, if you notice in the background, so you guys are dancing and then there's a couple dancing right behind you. to the left over your shoulder. And the woman gets bumped into and looks at the guy and her partner. She goes, like she wants to kill the guy.

0

3068.086 - 3093.554

And it was just, I rewound it three times. It was like this angry, angry, close to violence woman right behind you as you're doing this scene. She's just like, it was great. I wonder what was happening on set. It was great. The background was going to throw down. It was awesome. I also looked like I was piped into that tuxedo. Like they opened the top and just piped my body into that thing.

3093.574 - 3114.953

No, stop it. It was bad. It was bad. A white tuxedo doesn't really look good on anybody, FYI. Corey agrees it's so unspoiled. It's as if time has stopped. As they gush about the island, Eric is on the verge of passing out again. Topanga reminisces about cute thatched huts and Corey tells her about an old fisherman he saw making a flute out of bamboo reed.

3115.393 - 3137.4

Topanga also celebrates that there was practically no line at Starbucks. Nearby, sweat is now pouring out of Eric and he looks extremely uncomfortable. Characters sitting around talking about how there's no conflict. No conflict. Everything's great. There is no problems. And like even Eric, like you're able to get the music that they need. What if this whole episode is commentary on the episode?

3137.38 - 3163.342

And it's meta. Like, look how bad an episode is. This is how not to do television. No conflict. See how boring life is without conflict? Yes. Yes. That's maybe what it is. What if it's genius? Yeah. At the same time, Corey has made a decision. That's it. We're staying here. Topanga's excited. Really? We can stay a few more days? Corey nods.

3163.622 - 3185.548

We can stay a few more days with no responsibility, no Feeny, no crazy Eric? On cue, Eric finally crumples to the floor from heat exhaustion, but Topanga and Corey don't notice. They're both focused on staying a few more days, but Corey takes it even one step further, suggesting, let's never go home. Topanga laughs. Ha, sure. Let's just never go home. Bakori's dead serious.

Chapter 5: How does the episode depict Corey and Topanga's honeymoon experience?

4458.07 - 4479.567

No one warned me. I'll freak you out even more because you couldn't feel it. You literally couldn't feel this thing on you at all. Are you serious? I had several on me, and you could not feel it. And you weren't creeped out at all? No, spiders don't bother me at all. I frankly kind of love spiders because they eat and kill a bunch of other bugs that are worse. This would bother me.

0

4479.627 - 4490.696

So yeah, it didn't bother me at all. So what did they do? Do you put something that attracts a spider to stay on you? No, they just put it on my hand, and the thing just started walking. And they did that a couple of times. Yeah, no, it doesn't.

0

4491.037 - 4509.902

The thing that freaked me out the most was like, as I remember walking away going like, I could be covered in spiders right now and I'd never know it because he just couldn't feel it. It was weird. Not me. Not me. I'd feel it. I'd feel it for sure. You'd have the spidey sense. As he is talking, a tarantula crawls up his hand.

0

4510.543 - 4529.874

I, this must, this must be the moment that I blocked this episode out of my entire memory because like I, there's no way. What would you do? What would you do? I'm curious. If you got the role of a lifetime, whatever it is, whatever you wanted, and in one scene you had to have two or three tarantulas crawling on you. I would never do that. And it's a crux of the film.

0

4530.134 - 4541.956

They're offering you $10 million. It's a star maker. You also get to direct whatever you want to do. You just have to have a spider crawling on you. You can't do it. Danielle, didn't you have a show recently that said they might have a spider?

4541.976 - 4559.001

Well, I had to direct an episode of Just Roll With It, where the audience, it was that kid improv show on Disney Channel, and the audience got to pick between three things that could happen at the end of certain scenes. And when I had the director meeting, they were like, do you have any fears?

4559.774 - 4578.021

And I had to decide in that moment if I tell them about my tarantula fear or if I thought they were asking me because they were going to specifically do something or what if I say I have a fear and then they're like, well, there is gonna be a spider in the episode and then I don't get the job. So I had all those thoughts running in my head and I just decided to say, no, I didn't have any fears.

4578.121 - 4589.258

And I thought, what are the odds? They've already done a bunch of episodes. I'm only doing one episode. What are the odds? There'll be a tarantula in my episode. There was a tarantula in my episode. And I had to ask my-

4589.238 - 4615.65

associate director if she could direct the audience picked it it was one of the three choices the audience picked the direct the the tarantula one and i had to turn away from the camera and i said can you just direct just wow pick the shot so no amount of money in the world to have tarantulas on you 50 million dollars and you just have to have two tarantulas on you absolutely not no i would not i you know what i might spend five minutes thinking about it and i would still decide no
