The Fan Midday Show Rundown 1/26/23  (00:00-30:35) – Charlie Clifford and Marlin Jackson open the show discussing IU basketball. Trayce Jackson-Davis on his game last night and season overall. Yasir Rosemond’s coaching level jump from a recreation 12 and under league to college basketball. Purdue in their season after starting 19-1 so far. The Pacers have another slow start but the two rookie of the year candidates put on a show in the Pacers loss in Orlando. Tyrese Haliburton’s absence continues to hurt the Pacers being (1-8) without the star point guard. Jeff Saturday was first in the door for a second interview for the Colts head coaching candidate.     (30:35-46:19) – The NFL coaching carousel continues with news that the New York Jets hiring Nathaniel Hackett as their new offensive coordinator. The Colts lineup of coaches could be put on hold will Jim Irsay wait or make sure Jeff Saturday is still the guy.   (46:19-57:00) -NFL playoffs are on to the final four teams, Burrow is hot and Mahomes is hurting in the AFC. For the NFC, the Eagles and 49ers   (57:00-1:26:30) -The number one Purdue Boilermakers are able to continue their win streak. For IU the Hoosiers beat Minnesota and are finally catching heat despite not having Mike Woodsen on the bench last night. Jeff Rabjohns joins the show to chat IU’s season beginning to get back on it’s feet. Trayce Jackson-Davis on how he has been able to leap forward in the IU lineup. The three talk about the future of IU and the press conference Yasir Rosemond had last night. Up next for the Hoosiers is a tough Ohio State Buckeye team that poses a strong threat to the team’s first four game win streak since 2019. Tournament time is near, and the two begin to discuss where the Big Ten stands overall as we get closer to March.   (1:26-30-1:52:22) – Stephen Holder breaks down the Colts head coach interviews and where they are at in the timeline of deciding the next head coach.
