(00:00-24:45) – Query & Company opens on a Wednesday with Jake Query and Jimmy Cook discussing last night’s blowout loss for the Indiana Hoosiers against the Illinois Illini. They play some comments made by Mike Woodson after the game and then discuss the fans chanting “fire Mike Woodson.” (24:45-34:11) – After sharing some thoughts about Mike Woodson, this current roster of Indiana players, and the state of IU basketball, Jake and Jimmy take calls from IU basketball fans with their thoughts on the program. (34:11-45:48) – The first hour of the show concludes with Jake and Jimmy taking more calls from Indiana basketball fans to voice their opinion. (45:48-1:13:19) – Former Indiana Hoosier Brian Evans joins Query & Company to assess where things are at right now with the IU basketball program, explains what he is seeing right now from the product on the floor, doesn’t believe Indiana did not explore enough candidates back during the last hiring cycle for the position, evaluates if Indiana needs to stop attempting hiring guys that are connected to the Bob Knight era, and revisits why he was scared about IU basketball when Mike Woodson was initially hired.
