(00:00-24:30) – Query & Company opens on a Tuesday with Jake Query, Jimmy Cook, and producer Eddie Garrison discussing the Colts on their bye week and how they’re still in the thick of things for a playoff spot. Additionally, they share their thoughts on the Purdue Boilermakers after defeating Xavier last night behind another dominating performance by Zach Edey. (24:30-46:00) – Basketball voice of the Purdue Boilermakers in Rob Blackman joins Query & Company to access the start of the season for the Purdue Boilermakers, when will we start seeing the benefits of Braden Smith and Fletcher Loyer entering the second year underneath Matt Painter, breaks down how important Lance Jones is to the success of Smith and Loyer this season, explains if there are any different wrinkles with the offense this season with over 90% of the scoring returning from last season, and how Matt Painter will balance the minutes between Camden Heide and Myles Colvin off the bench. (46:00-46:55) – Hour one concludes with Jake, Jimmy, and Eddie rehashing the Hawaii state fish discussion from yesterday. The guys discuss the shortcomings of Buffalo underneath Sean McDermott, look at the teams that are in the same range as the Colts, Bills, Bengals, and Texans in the wild card, and access which team in the NFC is like the Indianapolis Colts. (1:22:40-1:24:41) – The one o’clock hour concludes with Eddie sharing which NFC team he thinks is comparable to the Indianapolis Colts. (1:24:41-1:54:57) – ESPN.com’s Stephen Holder makes his weekly appearance on Query & Company to debate if the Colts a byproduct of their schedule or are they actually a playoff caliber team, how many players he expects to leave during the bye week to go on a vacation, access how long until the Colts make their determination on whether to bring Shaq Leonard back for another season, and explains why Dayo Odeyingbo has been able to find success as a pass rusher in connection to Kwity Paye. (1:54:57-2:03:14) – The Indiana Pacers take on the Philadelphia 76ers again tonight after losing to them on Sunday evening. Jake, Jimmy, and Eddie debate what kind of game it’ll be if Joel Embiid doesn’t play.
