Additionally, they debate if the training staff will suggest sitting Haliburton before the All-Star break. (27:17-46:04) – Yesterday Jake received news regarding something that he’s always wanted to do. He pays off the tease by having listeners call into the show and guess what it is he was referring to for a Royal Pin Prize back. Additionally, Jake and Jimmy preview Purdue’s game tonight against Michigan and the news that Jim Harbaugh and the Chargers seem to be progressing towards a deal. (43:06-47:56) – Hour one concludes with Jake questioning if he can get out of jury duty because he works in the media. Jimmy’s lawyer brother provides some clarity. (47:56-1:13:26) – Brett Siegel from Clutch Sports joins Query & Company to discuss his report that the Pacers are listening to offers on Buddy Hield, Jalen Smith, and Obi Toppin. He explains what Indiana is doing with those three players, what kind of player the Pacers could get in return for a package with Buddy and Smith or Toppin with draft compensation and breaks down what kind of play fans will see from Pascal Siakam. Finally, he highlights some other players that could be available and debates if Siakam will be the biggest name that’s moved. (1:13:26-1:30:36) – GoldAndBlack.com’s Brian Neubert joins Jake & Jimmy ahead of Purdue’s game tonight against Michigan to discuss the dominance of Zach Edey the last three games in connection to his draft stock rising the last month. Additionally, he explains how teams can defeat Purdue this season and compares the offense from last year to this year with many players gaining experience and the addition of Lance Jones.     (1:30:36-1:35:57) – The one o’clock hour concludes with Eddie bouncing back with a song that sparks a problem Jake has had in the recent days. Additionally, Stephen divulges into what he expects the Colts to do with Michael Pittman Jr. and shares if he believes the Colts will sign a veteran free agent or trade up in the draft to select the WR they covet the most.
