They also reveal which commercial they liked the most. Additionally, they touch on the Pacers surprising loss to the shorthanded Lakers on Saturday along with Indiana’s loss to Michigan. (25:38-40:46) – Radio voice of the Indiana Hoosiers, Don Fischer, joins the program and explains what the environment was like when the coaches were introduced in Saturday’s game against Michigan. Also, he agrees with Jake that part of the team’s success on Saturday was that the Hoosiers played more zone defense and finally played one big instead of both. Finally, he assumes that the new basketball coach will be hired almost immediately when the season ends. (40:46-46:02) – The first hour of the show concludes with Jake sharing his experience at the Billy Joel and Sting concert on Saturday night. (46:02-1:13:08) – The Dean, Mike Chappell, from CBS4 and FOX59 joins Jake Query to kick off hour number two and starts his conversation with Jake about last night’s Super Bowl win for the Eagles. They transition to the Hall of Fame process this season with Adam Vinatieri and Reggie Wayne not making it this season. Chappell shares his thoughts on the new voting process, what his case was for Vinatieri when it was his turn to present his case and looks towards the next class of potential Hall of Famers. He then lays out why he liked the job Tom Brady did on the broadcast last night for the Super Bowl. (1:18:46-1:30:42) – Hour number two concludes with Jake and Eddie continuing their conversation about Tom Brady as an analyst last night. Jake illuminates one issue that he had with Brady. Finally, they discuss the new NFL on FOX score bug. (1:30:42-2:00:58) – Jeff Rabjohns from Peegs.com joins Jake Query on Query & Company to assess when the ending of the Mike Woodson era started this season. Jeff also lists some names of coaches that could be on the first call list and then lists some coaches that are in the next tier that could receive a call from Scott Dolson. Finally, he addresses the financial hit that Indiana will take with paying out the rest of Woodson’s contract and the next head coach.
