Following that dialogue, they shift their conversation to the importance of the Pacers winning big last night against the Hornets and examine some of the seedings right now with the NFL playoff picture. (26:37-47:06) – Jon Chuckery from 92.9 The Game in Atlanta joins the program as our Query & Company Road Trip guest. He chats with Jake and Jimmy about the future of Arthur Smith with the Falcons, accesses if the Falcons want to do anything differently with Taylor Heinicke at quarterback instead of Desmond Ridder, shares what people in Indiana should be expecting with the NBA All-Star Game coming to Indianapolis in a couple months and reveals what the Falcons are better at than most teams in the NFL. (47:06-50:13) – Hour one concludes with Jake sharing a story about a person going through an Indianapolis Motor Speedway that turned out to be an Indianapolis 500 winner. (50:13-1:20:08) – The second hour of the program starts with Jake explaining his very strange infatuation and love for Bismack Biyombo. It leads to the three amigos talking about tonight’s game between the Indiana Pacers and Memphis Grizzlies with Ja Morant making his home debut. After Jimmy provided the theories, Jake and Eddie revealed their opinion on the theory. (1:35:34-1:38:59) – The one o’clock hour concludes with Jake sharing a story about Marvin Harrison pertaining to his media availability as a player in connection with his son. (1:38:59-2:10:04) – Radio voice of the Indianapolis Colts in Matt Taylor makes his weekly visit with Jake and Jimmy on Query & Company to provide updates on Jonathan Taylor, Michael Pittman Jr., and decipher if Matt Gay’s hip injury has impacted his effectiveness. Additionally, Matt explains what kind of team the Colts offense is with Shane Steichen and Gardner Minshew, reveals which defensive lineman is second in terms of importance to their success after DeForest Buckner, and asks Santa Jake for some Christmas presents. (2:10:04-2:20:02) – At the end of last segment Jake teased the one present that he wanted most as a kid growing up. It leads to the Super Bowl Shuffle being played coming back from break because of how insane it would be if a team did something like that again in today’s age.
