He is a Regenerative Medicine Specialist, an MD in Sports Medicine and he is also Certified in Pain Management. When it comes to the spine, knee, and other body joint health, he has in-depth knowledge. In this episode, we started by talking about how he treats orthopedic injuries and issues without surgeries. How They started with treating sportsmen but now they have made this treatment available for the common man as well. We then talked about what we should do for everyday back pain, what kind of chairs are best for our back, and what kind of pillows are great. We also talked about why knee surgeries have increased in India and how we can diagnose it early and alternative ways to treat it other than surgery. Towards the end, we talked about the most common spine problems, and how with proper intervention we can stop them from turning serious.
