How to End your Phone Addiction [an invervention]

 The last day of 2024 I talked about Releasing and Letting Go.. And What it feels like to enter new seasons of our lives having full acceptance of our abilities,  while releasing shame, the past, and our comfort zones. and As uncomfortable as it feels in the moment we have to develop gratitude for arriving to a point of friction so much that it changes us for the better..  the tough times.. force us into a vulnerability that we have to use as a jet fuel on the path to our desires..
