I think we all can feel that the numerous videos and talks about ways you can have consistency in any thing you want by 1.Setting Clear Goals: 2. Creating a Routine: 3. Prioritizing the Task at hand Is sadly not enough to get results.. But i think the raw and honest turth is that if you’ve heard these things numerous times and it still hasnt sprung you into action consistently …there may be a blockage within the mind that is keeping you from walking and talking in the version of yourself that is consistent… when you have all the steps laid out infront of you, all of the confirmation to move forward, and you still arent stepping its clear to me that what you need NOW is the WILL POWER.. and thats why Im here.. hopefully in this episode I will spark the flame in you again to get you over the hump of falling off track in your consistency..
