Roisin Tarrant might be one of the most requested Ready or Not guests to date. And sure, part of the reason is because she’s built an incredible online following and has been generous in sharing her motherhood and career journey to date. And of course, it’s partly because her interior projects are inspiring and there’s something so earnest about the way she shares parts of her life with us.But really, I think it’s her positive outlook on motherhood that draws so many mums in to listen when she speaks. And, it’s intentional – she made a decision early on that she was going to embrace motherhood as best as she knew how, and here we hear all about it. Plus, she tells us how hard she found her first return to work, why she’s comfortable accepting that her identity is nearly entirely wrapped up in motherhood right now, what it was like to find out she was having twins, and how she has redesigned her career life to fit in with motherhood. I already knew that she was great, but it’s fair to say I now understand why so many people wanted to hear from her. So let’s get into it.
