Emmy is a shining example of someone who has transformed her pain into purpose; her first experience of romantic love from age 15 was abusive and she was left with many symptoms of trauma, including flashbacks, nightmares, anxiety and suicidal ideation. But she is now in a happy & healthy long-term relationship and she is a certified trauma-informed life coach who specialises in helping her clients create thriving lives and relationships after trauma. We discuss Emmy’s own experience with trauma, her healing journey and learning to love again after being hurt.
