Let’s ChatLorrie and Celeste knew they were onto something ‘important’ when their friends were constantly asking for skincare recommendations because their long-time moisturizers and regimens were not ‘doing’ it. Both Lorrie and Celeste believed that aging and menopause need to become de-stigmatized and become openly acknowledged as a time of growth, wisdom, and shared community strength. They also believed that aging is a complex issue for every human but for women in particular, as women are culturally trained from childhood to associate personal identity and success with their facial and body appearance.After meeting with scientists to truly understand how and why skin aging changes after 40 and again at the onset of actual menopause, they realized there was an opportunity to really educate and empower modern women by empowering their skin with science-backed, clean formulated, hormone responsive skincare solutions.
