Lately I have had a lot of chat weaving through on here about my pregnancy and the anticipation of being a first time mum. Don’t get me wrong I will continue to speak about everything I am going through as it’s where I am at in my life but I know it’s not for everyone and can perhaps make people feel a little left out sometimes. So today I wanted to mix up the gears a little and open up the convo of consciously choosing to be child free. Someone who has been speaking out about this online is Christchurch based online creator Danni Duncan. We talk about the reaction she has got from people for literally stating she doesn’t want kids and why do people feel offended by a decision that doesn’t affect them?! We also talk about her strong religious upbringing, emotional abuse in a relationship and being divorced before 30. Plus, how the hell do you make new friends in your 30s?!
