Today’s Happy Hour Special: 🍸 Kentucky Flyer Recipe: Difford’s Guide Luxardo maraschino cherries (optional for garnish) Mint sprigs (optional for garnish) 1 1/2 ounces straight rye whiskey 1/2 ounce Luxardo maraschino liqueur 1/3 ounce lemon juice (freshly squeezed) 1/6 ounce chilled water 3 drops saline solution Instructions: Pre-chill a Nick and Nora glass. Prepare a garnish of skewered Luxardo maraschino cherries and a mint sprig. Shake the rest of the ingredients with ice and fine strain into the chilled glass.
