As Alex states, "tech debt might not be the sexiest topic" but if teams and organizations don't address their liabilities it will be difficult to deliver the value customers need and expect. We also talk about the practicalities of pivoting life ambitions and entrepreneurship. Alex is the Co-founder and CEO of Stepsize.
